Tonight for sure starts the new year at the studio of Neta. She had few problems with the school that rent her the studio. So, after a long talking with Ilan and a bit of talking with Neta - I'm about to start tonight one class at her studio this year. Just one class.... I have been for years at 3 different classes a week at her studio and it will go down for only one. I'm about to take the improvisation class. It's the last class of Tuesday, only one hour and the hardest thing that Neta can teach. Looks like this class is the best option that I have - it can challenge me, not too long with some of the fellows, cost a bit less than "ordinary" classes and Ilan goes to these classes this year too - unless will happen something.
I still not sure about the real cost. Neta said two or three different prices for that, all in the same area. I asked her about the price, the photos and videos from end of year show and if it starts for sure tonight. I sent her the questions through e-mail. The answer came fast and short: it starts tonight for sure. No reminder for the final price or anything about the photos and video.
After that she sent an e-mail for all that it starts tonight for sure........ I asked Ilan if knows anything about the photos and video. He paid as I did for it and he still don't know a thing about it
Tengo una hermana llamada como La Serneta, Mercedes, que baila muy bien. Ella nunca dio clases de baile flamenco; aprendió en la calle, con las amigas. Uno de sus juegos infantiles eran los tangos, que domina como un profesional, ella recibe un cante bueno y entonces sus brazos se convierten en viento. Claro, siempre han existido Academias para aprender,o para perfeccionar lo aprendido, pero en nuestra juventud, el arte lo teníamos tan cerca que nos penetraba por sí solo. Me emociona que en tu tierra se ame el flamenco como lo hacemos en Sevilla. Yo nunca bailo, a veces, en fiestas, cuando tomo más copas de la cuenta,me levanto, pero soy muy gordo, sólo canto. ReplyDeleteQue bien a estudiar flamenco en la calle! Es el flamenco puro de mas! Pero es una cosa que posible a tener en España sola. Aqui es posible desde los clases y cursillos. Yo tengo un sueño a llegar Sevilla para estudiar mas flamenco. Desde academia por seguro, si es posible desde calle y fiestas tambien - es mejor. Un algo que me gusta en flamenco es que no necesitas a ser delgado y joven para bailar - es basta a tener pasion y talento. Y puedes a cantar es un enorme talento si es flamenco o no. Yo no puedo a cantar
