There wasn't the class of the very advances this time. Mijal went for a workshop (advanced of course) and promised to come to the other classes of the evening. Ayelet and Moran were sitting there outside the studio near the open door. Inside two girls who I still don't know their names made a practice. I went to the balcony. I changed there and looked at them. One of them has a tattoo on her shoulder. She stopped to look how does the other one do it. I wasn't really listening what did she say, but she looked up to me and asked me "right, isn't?" I said that completely right. Ayelet and Moran came in. The girls asked them why does Mijal isn't there. Ayelet said something about the workshop but couldn't remember which.
Few more girls came. It included a woman and her three daughters. Ayelet knew them. It didn't take too long till Moran connected her smartphone to the music system and started to practice with Ayelet. All of us looked from the side. Most of time each one made something alone, mostly Moran. She wasn't on her best and forgot a lot. When they they both started something together - it looked great. Few minutes and one more blackout, Mijal came and the smartphone has been disconnected from the system for letting the class start.
A moment of getting ready and Mijal connected her smartphone to the system. For a start there was relaxing music which is modern enough for not all can notice it's flamenco. I wish I could say that I know which palo it was, but it's hard even for me to know. It didn't end in the hard part of recognize, I know this music. I remember it from a show. Instead of trying to figure out which palo it is - I was busy trying to remember in which show it took a part. I heard it in a show of Compas Company (the company of Mijal) for sure, but which one? By this music we made hands' warming. Two of the little girls who came with their mother joined the class this time from the beginning. I didn't really notice how they made it. Their mother still was sitting there with the youngest one. The hands' warming ended with this music.
Moved to legs' warming without any music at all. I was glad that Ayelet was in first row while I was there pretty behind her. Until I will remember all - I will have to look at someone. This time I could look at a professional dancer who's in the company of Mijal for years. But there was a moment we worked on the step which is still new and hard for me. In this case - looking at Ayelet wasn't enough. Something didn't work out for me and Mijal needed to fix me. Later on Mijal asked the kids if they have something to ask. They both kept on silence. She made them a face that made all of us laugh for a moment till we went on. Didn't take too long - near me one of the girls (who I already dislike, the one who's so happy to be a woman) started to whisper something to her friend. Mijal Said to her "You can ask me. I know it too". For a moment I thought that I'm the only one who thinks it's funny. While the conversation went on - I noticed that all the girls there (or at least most of them) made a try NOT to laugh too loud. The whispering said that she only said what's gonna happen. Mijal didn't need to think till she started a little speech that it's a bad idea to think of the future. If we'll think of the future too much - we won't be able to live at the present. She was smiling while preaching and at least most of us (those who has sense of humour) made a try to laugh in silence.
And a practice on parts from the liviana. There was a part which till now Mijal didn't say to me anything for good or bad. This time she said loud that it wasn't bad at all. Fine, she said my name, so I didn't need to make too much noise beyond. I just smiled. One of the next class came. I knew that Ilan probably will come and went also to the same workshop as Mijal, but he had he's reasons to take the medium level. As he told me - it was still in a crazy level up. I started to look over and over if he's coming. I wasn't sure if he really about to come. Mijal started to teach some new steps for the liviana.
Dancing all the liviana from the start and adding the new steps. The little girls who were in the first row till this moment has been asked to move to the back for they could look at others. By the way - they has been asked NOT to worry if it doesn't work out cause we already worked on it before. The whispering and her friend replaced with them. The whispering was happy that someone is about to look at her. It looked to me like Mijal liked it less. When it was all together few steps became too fast for me. Few things I made as "almost" and few I still don't remember. The good thing is that it become easier with time and some I made well enough for I won't give up. The man who came to the next class made a try to dance with us. One of the girls asked something. We worked on the hardest part for her. Mijal asked if anyone has some more questions. After silence of all she asked if I have something to ask. No. Not yet. A moment before we got back dancing I noticed that Ilan came after all. He didn't notice me at the start and was talking with the other man. He went to the balcony and still was talking from there. Only after that he signed me that he saw me.
Once again all. But we stopped twice after a moment and started again. Not all made the first moves on the best way. Only at the third time we made all from the start to the end. The kids were looking a lot, but it's impossible to blame them. Only first time there in a class of grown ups and a difficult dance (at least in the start).
Class was over. I didn't go before I heard few stories from the workshop.
